From tall mountains to shimmering reefs, spicy rhythms to rolling reggae, pirate shipwrecks to sugar-sand beaches, Grenada is a joyous mosaic of islands and explosion of color, fringed by beaches everywhere you look and soaked in rum. Six Senses La Sagesse enjoys a pride-of-place setting between the ocean and a protected cove on the southern part of the island, known for its spice and relaxed lifestyle. With a beachfront setting, verdant rolling hills and spacious accommodation, the resort’s location offers effortless access to Grenada’s shimmering reefs and mystical rainforests.

The island’s incredible natural beauty and soul-connecting cultural experiences provide the perfect backdrop for a journey of discovery, rejuvenation and celebration. Suites and villas extend across 38 acres (15 hectares) within the natural topography of the land, with great effort given to ensuring space, privacy, and uninterrupted views over the turquoise sea. Influenced by the region’s traditional architecture, the design language mimics a Caribbean village bursting with variety along the lagoon promenade and beach, with natural walkways through the gardens maintaining the connection to Grenada’s “Spice Island” heritage.

Surrounded by nature overlooking different angles of the island, there are 56 two-level pool suites and 15 villas designed with natural, renewable, and repurposed materials. The organic and contemporary interiors of the pool suites feature an open-plan bedroom, while the outdoor terrace leads to a private pool for a cooling dip. In addition, there are 15 villas enjoying a prime hillside or beachfront setting, ranging between one, two, and four bedrooms. The five four-bedroom villas located on the Bluff offer a 270-degree view of one of the most coveted locations in the Caribbean.

It has never been more important to be mentally, physically, and spiritually happy. This has been considered in every aspect of the design, with ample light, fresh air, and space.

Six Senses La Sagesse prioritizes the conservation of local ecology while delivering a world-class guest experience. The resort is designed around a natural lagoon that serves as a thriving habitat for a diverse range of species, including birds, fish, and other animals. Great care has been taken to maintain this ecosystem, deepening the water body during the resort's development to allow small marine animals to enter its safe waters. The lagoon now naturally ebbs and flows with the tides, providing a haven for these creatures. A selection of fruits, nuts and seeds have also been planted that attract migratory birds and local fauna, while gradually advancing the growth of indigenous grasses, shrubs, and trees, as naturally dispersed seeds are carried across the landscape. Native trees, including local White Cedar, Rock Fig, Bluggoe, and Plantain, are incorporated throughout the resort, providing a resilient biosphere that co-exists with the seasons.
